APT: Apprentice Preparation Training – New Approaches in Managing the Transition from Education to Employment

This EU-wide project focuses on equipping young people with the skills needed for meaningful employment, ensuring they can adapt to the evolving labor market. It aims to (re)engage learners in personal and professional development, enhancing their employability and contributions to society. Special emphasis is placed on apprenticeships and traineeships as valuable career pathways, often overshadowed by traditional academic routes.

The project targets organizations, employers, and young individuals facing challenges in securing careers. Key activities include developing modular resources, testing tools, a training framework, and CPD training packages. These will be pilot-tested in real training environments and promoted through various events to maximize impact at local, regional, and international levels.
