Art Tech

The ArtTech project is a project is a collaboration betwwen partners from Italy, Romania, and Lithuania, aimed at empowering young women aged 19 to 3+ through a mix of technology and art along with cultural wxploartion. It focuses on providing informal learning experiences that promote inclusvity, creativity, and presonal grwoth among disadvantaged girls.

The project emphasizes the importanceof addressing gender--specific challenges faced by young women, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, as they often deal with issues related to education, employment, and civic participation due to gender inequalitites. The aim is to support these women who are most at risk of suffering from the gegative effects of these disparities.

The main objectives include helping young women improve their digital technology skills through art, creating inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity, and establishing an international network for support. Expercted outcomes are enhanced skills, a virtual "ArtTech Expo" to showcase their work, a confident community of young women, adn stregthened partnerships among organizations working towards gender equality in technology.
