The situation for older workers in the job market is very challenging in modern Europe, as there is a rise in unemployment among them due to biases from potential employers. The project's aim is to improve the skills and competencies of older workers in the European labor market. This will involve sharing best practices between private and nonprofit organization to create a methodology and raining module for citizens over 50, serving as a resource for educational centers and organizations.
The partnership consists of seven partners from the Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Spain, Lithuania, Hungary, A¡and Sweden. A market study will assess the status of older workers and their skills during the project. Key outcomes include a methodology and training module for the target group, tested throughout the project and based on partners' best practices. The results will be freely available online, benefiting the European community and impacting participants, organizations, the target group, and stakeholders. The project fosters effective partnerships to enhance employment and education for older workers, benefiting the European community.
